Conducting an internal audit of systems, work processes, competencies, values, issues, etc. can be a huge task that provides concrete information to move the organization forward. Objective data can be used to strategically align systems and processes with organizational values, identify learning issues for employees, determine staff planning requirements, and develop processes for succession planning.

Data Gathering

An initial meeting with the Manager or professionals involved will be scheduled to determine outcomes to be delivered and target timeframes. Questions for discovery are developed in conjunction with the staff of the organization and will align with the organizations' values. Depending on the issue, a combination of methodolgies will be used, including:

  • Individual interviews with all employees depending on the number, or selected employees representative of the target
  • Completion of employee surveys
  • Review of corporate documentation
  • Focus groups

Outcomes

Data will be analyzed and trends clustered into a report that outlines common themes and specific issues. Recommendations to move forward will be provided in a detailed report.
