Following our panel discussion, a Plenary session will begin with a presentation by Deborah Gillis of Catalyst Canada on current research findings on the progression and status of women as leaders in Canada. Organizational factors that facilitate women's advancement will be presented by Donna Leibham, based on her research with Calgary executives. These presentations will provide context as you work as part of a group to create strategies that can be implemented to advance women as leaders in Calgary's business community. In addition to gaining information you can take back to your own organization, you will become part of a unique initiative that can impact women at a macro-societal level.
