Women's communication styles and successful leadership is built around 3 C's: Connection, Community & Consensus. Skills that women successfully employ to build this in the workplace can misfire in communication with men on bottom-line business issues. From the words we choose, to how we convey our message, men and women communicate differently. This half day workshop takes a close look at what women can do to enhance their credibility in business through effective communication and is suited for women at all levels of the organization.

In this highly interactive session, participants will:

• Identify issues in business communication
• Examine communication patterns that are problematic for men & women at work
• Determine successful strategies in communication that fit with individual preferences
• Review how to level the playing field
