Donna Leibham Donna is the founder of Leibham & Company and the creator of women's business networking events such as "Lunch With Calgary's Leading Women" and "Mentors, Mavens & Magi". She is the author of: "Do Your Shoes Match? 5 Strategies to Help Women Get a Foot in the Door of the Corporate Boardroom" where she weaves lessons from her own corporate experiences into her work as a leadership coach. She was instrumental in the exponential growth of one of Calgary's most successful oil and gas companies, providing coaching to managers in response to the ever-changing issues in the organization. She has a unique combination of business and practical experience in leadership development particularly useful for managers, team leaders and supervisors.

Donna completed research into leadership factors impacting female leaders where she continued to develop her leadership program, which is unique to Western Canada as it is geared to the specific leadership and learning needs of women. Her vision is to create a community of leaders for women in the Calgary business community. She currently teaches both classroom and online learning with the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University, and has taught in the Business and Entrepreneurial Studies program at Mount Royal University.

Donna has spoken at local and international conferences on the topic of Leadership, Leadership Development for Women, and Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Masters degree in Workplace Learning. She is certified as a business coach and as an administrator of Emotional Intelligence testing (EQ-I and EQ-I 360) with MHS Inc. She has been a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) since 1991. Her broad range of interests include spending time with her husband and two daughters, ages 22 and 19. She continues to feed her passion for music and love for the game of golf.
